Hi Helen! i have just read your message and thought i would say hello and to see if you want to exchange email or whatever; i have recently been diagnosed with Social Phobia (although i have had it most of my life) - i am new to forums and stuff so please bear with me. It is comforting to know though, that we are not alone on this site, especially with our issues.

I am a 39 year old male student (old man) studying at the University of Glasgow - i am studying Theology and Religion (boring!)

Look forward to hearing from you (although no pressure on you)
