All I can say is thank goodness for the frozen food sections in shops- I've 'retreated' into them numerous times these last few weeks.

oh yeah I start paniking as well
today I had to be in a hurry cos I was late to work, so I'd been almost running for 20mins, it was really warm outside and when I entered the building it seemed soooo hot in it , it would be ok if I didnt have to give a training to one girl who is going to replace me while Ill be on holiday...damnnn embarassing lol Ive noticed though if I try to be cheerful ppl dont pay that much attention to it
