My name is Rob, I have suffered from depression anxiety stress and agoraphobia for 20+ years, I have been on disability for the last 4 years and am just coming off of it. I used to work as a Civil Engineer but now I am a Personal Trainer specialising in mental health training. I really enjoy it, it helps me alot to be able to help other people. it's not the most financially rewarding job but c'est la vie.
