It hasn't been too hot here, maybe around 24c but I was out walking around in the markets outside downdown today with some froends visiting from out of town then went to the harbour. They spotted some other people who they came with having a snack and some drinks and decided to join, but I was drenched in sweat from walking around in the sun all afternoon I had to part ways and head home to take a shower Sad

Sitting on the patio in solid plastic chairs would have been really bad and embarasing for me. My whole back and butt was covered in sweat. Fortunately I was wearing an undershirt so it didn't show through.

Oh well.. life goes on, albeit wet.

hey im sorry to hear that happened. Having hyperhidrosis sucks I hate it. I have it quite bad on my face feet hands and back it really frustrates me. I find tho that mine changes places it affects,like a couple of months ago it was really bad on my face but recently it seems to only affect my feet how strange is that????
