I was at my friends and we were drinking and i was standing up and my whole body got tinglely like under my skin everywheere on my body and my face after bout 5 min it settled down but im still trembly and on edge.

I have never had my whole body tingly but i have stood up and felt extremley dizzy before,,,mostly if i stand up to fast,,as for the tingley feeling i have only felt that in my face a couple times and that was when i didnt take my medications for about 4-5 days.

Yea Ive had that but my question is can smoking weed and drinking alchohol cause this to happen or is it jus my anxiety

I dont think its the anxiety, weed does that to me aswell so dont stress out too much just relax Cool
