My neck bones make cracking sounds as well, especially if I stretch backwards. In my case I think it's due to excessive time spent reading everyday, which implies that my head is lowered and kept from falling forward by the constant tension of neck muscles. I noticed there is a lot less "cracking" and tense feeling when I'm on holiday during summer, and avoid books for at least a week.

Yes. Neck shoulder and back tension is increased if you are anxious or depressed. My neck and shoulders ALWAYS hurt and make crackling noises no matter how much I try to stretch during the day. Rolling Eyes

Yes, I have a lot of clicking joints.

My jaw is the worst one, especially during periods of even more stress. Sometimes, eating can become quite painful for me as my jaw constantly clicks while chewing. Rolling Eyes
