Hello everyone, i'm new here.

I have read the forum alot recently and have finally posted!

I have had social phobia for about 5 years now, and have always been shy. People used to say I would grow out of it when I was younger Rolling Eyes

I think this is the best way to meet people of the same phobia, and its kind of a relief to here that other people are going through the same thing (not that I want anyone to go through this) and that im not the only one.

Lee,

People told me the same thing. We don't just suffer from "shyness", we have a disease or maybe a combination of diseases.

Maybe being a part of this group will help all of us deal with this, each in his/her own way.
