I love reading everyones poems, so I've tried to write one about sp. I tried hard...so no sarcasm please.
Now that my life has shrunk close around me
Like a hem, unravelling with fear
My links with the world are the weakest threads
Unravelling
And pinning me here
The future stretches thinly and blankly
My old past worn and shapeless memories
I grind over the same old paths of movement
in deathly quiet
Little pieces, cold and longing, cups and kettles, bags and keys
Hello my mini messenger friend from across the world. Sarcastic? to you never Miss blubs. I love reading the poems here as well and yours is no exception i love it as well. The analogies in it are very clever - i love poetry with lots of meaning and connections. Verbal art. Something you can really sink your teeth, well mind into.

Thanks i just made it up - you inspired me. Yeah it certainly isn't easy to share things especially for sufferers of sp - how brave are you. That's why i like this site - it's a safe haven - a facilitater of bravery and artistry.
just wanted to give you props for the wonderful poem. its always tough to go out and just say things like that, its always a touchy subject for me. its really good though, i loves it. =]
