Hi everyone,
I was doing quite well just a couple of months ago, going for daily walks and even going into a shopping centre on my own without any panic attacks. But then I had a slight panic attack at the shopping centre and stopped going, I also stopped going for walks. When I had the courage to go for a walk a week later I had a really bad one, shaky all the way around the block, I couldnt wait to get home. I couldnt believe how severe it was. I would like to try taking valerium, magnesium and chromium tablets as I have heard it can reduce panic attack symptoms.
I was just wondering if anybody has taken them and if you could tell me how effective they are.
