Hi,
just been recently diagnosed with SA , so thought I would join up and say hello.
I think ive suffered from SA since early teens after being bullied at school which completly shattered my self esteem and confidence + I was the first boy in my class who's voice broke and people took the p out of me for it, and ever since ive been really self concious about the way I sound when I talk , especially when theres more than one person listening to me. It's hell!!!
Ive tried to cope with it for years but Its ruining my life and just cant deal with it any longer, so im starting therapy next week with a psychologist (not expecting a miracle cure) so ive just got my fingers crossed that he can help me out?!
hiya Blackoval...welcome ..i was also bullied at school..i'm sure it's at least part of the reason for what i'm going through now...good for you for seeking help..it's not easy, i know...good luck
