I'm new here, and I'm sure there are better people around that can help you. But I've got the exact same problem. (Yey, I'm not alone Razz .)

But as long as its not too extreme something thats happening, then its easier to control it.

Also getting into situation where you can control what happens helps. Meaning, if you go shopping, you can control what happens, talk to who you want, or not. But you're in control of what happens. It helps me anyway.

I read up about a breathing technique that works at times too.

Basically, take a deep breath in through your nose, then slowly let it out repeating, "Relax," as you exhale. If your simply going out, and feel it taking control, take a break and practice that for 5 minutes. It usually helps me.

This is a band-aid solution obviously but I find I can control that pukey feeling by overriding it with some other sort of stimulation to my body. It's hard for your body to feel two things at once, especially if the first feeling is psychosomatic.

Even just walking helps. If you're sitting down try flexing your legs really hard, or crossing your arms and poking your fingers into your ribs. It takes a few minutes but it does work. At first you may feel a mild heavy relaxed feeling. I think that's the real reason Sea Bands work btw.

Again, this is a band aid solution.
