I don't know why I even bother doing the things I do.

I'm tired of trying.

The relief is temporary and the pain is permanent.

I just wanna go sleep and never wake up.

Here's a qote of Lance Armstrong "Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. That surrender, even the smallest act of giving up, stays with me. So when I feel like quitting, I ask myself, which would I rather live with?"

Think about some time in your past you were freaking out and think about that thing now. Chances are its not so scary and painful anymore. Time has healed the wounds

Pain will go and something will take its place so maybe bite the bullet now and live with the knowledge you did something scary but great for yourself. I'm sure you could think of something you could do
