Hello

This is my third attempt - I hope I get it right this time!

I'm John and I live in Ipswich (UK).

i have agoraphobia (but can go out and about although travelling on transport can be a problem) Also some ocd and it seems some elements of Social Phobia.

i am particularly interested in Alternative healing methods and have seen some pretty interesting ones (but not specifally for Social Phobia yet!)

i hope to read more fully some of the comments made by members and perhaps get to know some people here.


This is my lunch hour and I am runiong late - I hope to return soon and get to know some members.
