How difficult is it to determine whether someone has SA?

I ask this question for several reasons. When I told my doctor of ten years she had no idea of that I had this and at work, everyone keeps asking me if i'm married, despite my being very quiet. I guess one needs more information to even think about SA.

Just look for the quietest person in the room and if he/she is not making eye contact with anyone, then you've found them. Sad

From my experience, I believe one can learn more here than with a doctor. I'm from Portugal and obviously, there are different realities. I went to different doctors until I quit till I had sure where I would spend my money. Money is most of the times the keyword. Most of them are not capable/competent of dealing with the problem but they have their Mercedes and BMWs to pay. My advice is too be aware of their true ability because I know it is easy to believe when we really need. I've been there and I'm trying to get out.
