I am at the point where sadness in my life is turning into anger, which i don't like, however, being sad doesn't make you feel better versus anger where you get noticed because you act out, shout, become confrontational, etc...

especially when you know its something you cannot control, such as say... getting women to like you, etc....

Sadness has given me a very short temper and anger.

What I've found it that you will drive away the people you care about and they wont want to come back.

Relaxation techniques have helped me, take time for yourself just to sit a chill out. It really does help, hope it helps you.

Try it maybe before and after work.

Do you do any sports or exercise that maybe could release pent up anger?

Hi lifesnotfair

It can get frustrating when it comes to issues regarding the opposite sex. You have the right to get angry, and confused.. who really understand women anyway? Most of us are having some kind of problem with our love life, or the lack of it. You know what I've learned, I learned that the more you act needy (i.e. "getting women to like you"), it is more likely that girls will be unattracted to u. You got to let go all that neediness.. when u are too eager to please it will show in your slightest behaviour. And girls can detect this much easier than guys do. They feel that "something is wrong", cause u don't act naturally. And so they will put their guard up. Approach them as a friend, make jokes, even lame ones.. just try to act natural, and be yourself, and if u get rejected, move on.. that's my 2 cents. Good luck, and don't give up.
