My girlfriend suffers a lot from panic attacks, and i want to help her as much as possible.

Is there anything else I could do than just being there for her. It's not nice seeing her going through this all the time and feeling like i'm not able to help.

It's nice that you are understanding, that helps her a lot. Perhaps you can get her an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) self-help workbook like "Get Out Of Your Mind & Into Your Life" and read it along with her. Also help her with the gradual exposures she needs to get better (just by being with her). Exercise helps too, long walks together will benefit both of you.
