You are having a good time dont feel bad but dnt feel absolutly fine either and then out of the blue have a panic attack why does this happen like im not even worring and Ill have one and feel bad for the next 4 days

I know what you mean. It's as though there's a part of you that can't bear to see yourself happy, so something has to happen to spoil it.
