I have always known that I over think every little decision or any other aspect of my life. I continuosly think about the motives of others of why
they did such and such a thing. It may not have been that detrimental to me but I tend to think the worse. With a little information I generally think over 20 or 30 possible reasons why something happened. I have been trying to stop this lately. Trying to stop but since this is new to me I do not know exactly how to do i. I know for one thing that I create a lot of anxiety within myself when I allow myself to over analyse.

I know what you mean and it's exhausting. I think of how much I could have accomplished with the time I've spent over analyzing things.

I'm getting better, mind you, but there are days...

Sorry Sad . . . didn't mean to give you a hort response like that. I only had just been told i got that by my hypnotherapist, and due to i guess depression and a mixture of helplessness . . . . i have kind of not even bothered looking it up Sad , but if i knew, i would love to share. INfact your the only one i've heard of who seems to have this (i'm sure many other SA's do). If you like maybe you should pm me, and maybe excahnge email addy's or something. I'm in the mood to be doing some research and such, and would be willing to find something to help myself, you and any others with this. It's something which i think really has alot to do with me being Socially Anxious. I'll try keep you posted with what i can find k.
