HI,
I am new to this forum so am not sure if this is the right venue to ask for some support.
I am a 38 y/old gay man with OCD. It is manageable however I have noticed recently that I feel obsessed with sex and looking to hook up with other men.

I have lived a sheltered and controlled child hood and have hidden my being gay.

Now that I have the freedom to do what I want, I feel powerless to control the urge to meet guys.

Anyone with any suggestions on controlling these would be appreciated.

Why do you want to contol the urge to hook up with men ? Is't that supposed to be fun ?
If you feel good doing that, it is not your OCD it is you wanting to have some fun .
