ok i don't know where this fits in, there are too many options, but...

tonight i had to go to this birthday party for my uncle and it wasn't even that big, there were just 8 people plus me, but there were a couple people i didn't know. i made it through dinner and dessert, but somewhere after that when everyone was talking i just freaked out and felt like i was about to cry... and i had to leave really abruptly. then i just cried all the way home.

what is that all about? has this happened to anybody else, where you just spaz out for no reason? i can't say anything really triggered it.

Happens too me when I'm not familiar with a situation or I'm not comfortable, it takes me a while to get my thoughts back together, disjointed, you name it.

Relax, kick back, it's over;-)
