I hear a lot of people say you need to first talk to a normal doctor, then he sends you to a shrink and then the shrink decides what drugs are right for you. Is this true and is there any way to skip the shrink part?
I could probably make it through the doctor part but no way could I sit in a room and have someone probe me with questions. That's sure to trigger a major attack. Fuck I feel natutious just thinking about going to the doctor. Any short cuts? Both my parents take drugs for it but I dont like talking to them about it.
