hi all,

I'm a 30yo female from Perth who has the whole social phobia thing & ADHA.

I was so happy to see there's forums on this so I can talk to people going thru the same stuff [without going to meetings, shrinks, etc Wink ] I'm so sick of feeling alone & miserable
