I've noticed over time that my headaches and also slight dizziness at times have popped up more frequently.

Do anyone else have this or noticed this?

That happened to me when I went to college. I went to a headache specialist after about 2 months of having headaches everyday, and it took about a year to finally find a combination of medicine that stopped my headaches. It was not fun, but I rarely get headaches now as long as i remember to take my medicine. Still get them if I don't Sad . I never really had any problems with dizziness.

hmm never really though of going to a specialist about it. I was also wondering if depression can cause an increase in ones headaches?

I don't know for a fact if depression can cause an increase in headaches, but I don't see why it couldn't...depression screws you up pretty bad. I think my headaches are more stress related than depression related.

*edit* actually now that i think about it, they did try putting my on 5-HTP, which is sometimes used for depression...it didn't really do anything for me though (even at extremely high doses), but it is over-the-counter (and pretty cheap if i remember correctly) so you could try that.
