Headaches

I've noticed over time that my headaches and also slight dizziness at times have popped up more frequently.

Do anyone else have this or noticed this?

That happened to me when I went to college. I went to a headache specialist after about 2 months of having headaches everyday, and it took about a year to finally find a combination of medicine that stopped my headaches. It was not fun, but I rarely get headaches now as long as i remember to take my medicine. Still get them if I don't Sad

I don't know for a fact if depression can cause an increase in headaches, but I don't see why it couldn't...depression screws you up pretty bad. I think my headaches are more stress related than depression related.

*edit* actually now that i think about it, they did try putting my on 5-HTP, which is sometimes used for depression...it didn't really do anything for me though (even at extremely high doses), but it is over-the-counter (and pretty cheap if i remember correctly) so you could try that.
