I joined up a few years ago when things where bad for me with depression and SA, but thankfully i have got over it to a point where i can live my life to a decent level Smile

I still log on and read posts and try to offer advise when i can.

Do you suffer from any of the stuff being spoken about on this site

Yeah i suffer from social anxiety disorder have done for 2 years now and also have panic attacks now

yeah since ive been diagnosed not really had any1 to talk to about it who would understand what i was going through
