Hi,
I'm a girl and suffer with hh (armpits only).
Its so difficult- don't want to get too close to guys in case they notice, clothes are a nightmare- limited to black tops, strappy black tops or baggy jumpers.
Mines worse at school which is so annoying!
How bad is your and where do you get it?

i wear exactly the same as you... black tops and baggy jumpers - its such a pain ive had mine for 6 yrs and its mainly the underarms and sometimes my hands get clammy, but i can deal with the hands... my feet are clammy too but not too bad as u cant notice these in public. do u have red marks under your arms where the sweat seeps through?

I am a girl with hh too
Its mainly my underarms, but I have started noticing that my hands get a bit sweaty sometimes too
grissom, I have marks like your talking about, but they aren't red as such, just look like kinda bruisy coloured (my skin is medium tanned so maybe thats why?) I think its because of intense irritation from things like Driclor, what about you?

coriander, do you use the hairdrier technique when using Driclor?
yup, but the first few times I used it, I didn't know about using a hairdryer. The irritation and itchiness appears to have really messed up my skin under my arms

I am female as well. I sweat almost everywhere except my head/face. Unfortunately I can't give any advice on boys and such as I have never dated. I just can't seem to get over the HH but am trying so hard. I hope to use the secure wipes soon and am praying that they work.
oh and about proms.....they are overrated. My high school didn't do anything grand. Just decorated the gymnasium and had cookies to eat. It was so crappy.
Hi, I'm female and have hyperhidrosis in the feet, underarms and hands. I've found that odaban works well on the underarms and there is hardly any irritation. For the hands and feet I use iontophoresis and also odaban sometimes.
I find it quite frustrating in the summer when every other girl is in pretty sandles and dolly shoes, as my feet normally end up sliding about in those type of shoes. The only ones that I can wear are the mules with the cork type lining.
Hopefully, with the iontophoresis I will be able to wear the shoes that every other girl is wearing in the summer.
don't get those red marks that you were talking about but i think its cos i have given up using driclor etc as had NO effect. tried cream too but stopped working after a few days then got blocked gland which got infected- not nice. fingers crossed for botox!
iya i am a girl with hyperhidrosis, i'v had it since i can remember. I'm 16 and the main place which affects me is on my hands. I also have it on my feet, underarms, behind my knees and sometimes in hot weather on my top lip i find it hard 2 socialise with people. I'v never had a boyfriend because of this as i have no self asteem. I'v used dricol but had to stop useing that because it gave me blister inbetween my fingers and made my armpits itch so much tha i couldn't sleep at night. I'v bin to see a dermatologist and referred me to cannok chase where they have a machine that helps but cannok chase is too far away from where i live and i can't afford but a machine myself. Can anyone reccomend another product that actually works? thanx xxx
