This is a good step you're taking. It means that you want to change
Telling our feelings can be hard but telling them will lighten our load and hence, we will have a better perspective of life. The feeling that we tell becomes real and perhaps you'll notice they're not as bad after all! We don't feel as alone and we don't concentrate on our feelings alone. Plus, other people can give you different perspective that will make you think.
Posting on this forum is good because you're anonymous and we know the hardship of Social Phobia (or Severe panic disorder) .
So I hope you're going to feel invited in this community and be helped by it because I sure feel I'm being helped
Personally, I don't trust this place. I've only been here 2 days and I've seen some horrible posts. Kinda makes me feel that this place would just make me worse.

If you lok at all the other threads that have been made, you will see that it is not always as you seem to think. This is a good place for support, but when you have pople who clearly need more help than can be given in a support forum, then you run into trouble.

i still see no reason to take the piss out of those who can't be helped. You cant help them, you should leave it at that instead of making things worse for them, and deliberately saying things to hurt them more. There's no other word for it. It's just bad support.
I can't speak for everyone else, but I certainly did not say anything to hurt Reidus. Having said that, I still think it's absolutely awful to say that you hope someone dies, which is exactly what Reidus said. It's clear you are in need of help when you say something like that and truly mean it. That's all I saw anybody telling him - that he needs to get help. And for some reason, he took this as hate and ridicule. The purpose of forums like these is to let others voice their opinions. Why would Reidus share that story if he wasn't looking for ANY type of response. If we would have said, "Oh, that's great that you want people to die, Reidus. Really, I think that's absolutely wonderful. You don't have a single problem in the world!" then we'd only be lying to him and that wouldn't help at all. So, next time maybe you should think about what you're putting out there before you click that little "Submit" button.

Give me one quote where someone trashed talked him. If there was any hostile gestures it was presented after he threatened to invade SPW. Do you think people who criticized his use of a comatose person in his signature deserve to be banned? Mind you, they did so in a civil manner.
