Hi again, sorry for late answer had to go yeasterday.

Yes the ionto helps a lot,but I am still not 100% dry or satisfaied.

First I tried to see how long it did work,I dondt remember exactly how many days it lasted. But when i take the ionto now, 20 minuts on each side hands/feet 1 time a week.I would say that they are about 90% dry, still sweat from my finger tips.(This is offcourse after the start whit 10-15 treatments. )

And my hands/feet is swelling up when its extremly hot inside.Dont know what that is,nobody else Ive asked on the forum until now could answer me either.

We are so different you just have to try out for your self.
Some can take 1 treatment a month(very few) and some have to take 3 treatments a week.I am in the middle of this i think.

So I will not complain to much but I did hope that I could get away whit 1 treatment in 2 weeks for example, because I consider myself as a moderate HH suffer. My hands do not drip, but not far away. They are wet.

The company who sells Idrostar say that you should take the ionto treatment again when you start to notice the sweating again.

I only reccomand this the first time after the 10-15 iontosessions to see how long you can go whithout swaeting. Then I would found my own system and stick to it no matter what. That is what has worked best for me.

Its still irritating to take the treatments all the time, but its worth it since it keeps me 90% better.

Hope this answered your quiestion.

Thanks for the reply klamm, I'm going to try the initial 7 ionto treatments (3-2-1-1 times a week) and then see how long I can go without topping up. It worked in the hospital when they did it initially, so you never know.

I think part of my hh is psychological.
I have dry hands when I'm not thinking about it and then in a few minutes I realise that my hands are dry and they start sweating again as soon as I've noticed. Confusing... or what?!
Has anyone noticed that their hands sweat more when they're either in a car or some sort of transport, listening to a hyped up kind of music, or sitting in a class at school/college whatever... ??
It's stupid.
