My favourite genres are dub-reggae and flemenco guitar (the performances with dancers and a band/solo guitarist are truly awe-inspiring).
A few of my favourite artists off the top of my head.
-Dub-
Barrington Levy / Linton Kwesi Johnson / Sly & Robbie / Pato Banton
Peter Tosh / Scientist / King Tubby / Black Uhuru / Yabby U
Nitty Gritty / Horace Andy / Gregory Isaacs / Black Steel
Augustus Clarke / Aswad / Mad Professor / Skatalites
King Kong / Hugh Mundell / Lee Perry / Jah Shaka / Mikey Dread
-Flamenco-
Gino D'auri / Gypsy Kings / Ottmar Liebert / Luis Villegas
Lorenzo Dominguez / Jose Luis Encinas / Energypsy / Pata Negra
Paco de Lucia / Armik / Sabicas / Vicente Amigo / Los Reyes
Bebo Valdez / Diego Cigala
I also enjoy Jazz, African/Latin American percussion, some Metal and a little Trance.

And one song I found I like how it sounds w/ the actual tune, and it's called- You're beautiful.
And I found out the lyrics start kind of like-
My life is brilliant. My love is pure.
I saw an angel. In blah blah blah (?)
She smiled (at the window) (?). She was with another man.
But I won't lose no sleep for that. Cause I've got a plan.
You're beautiful...You're beautiful...You're beautiful, to me.
I saw..your face. In a crowded.. place.
And I don't know what to do...cause I'll never be w/ you.
I love that song too! It's James Blunt, you're beautiful, the lyrics are:
My life is brilliant.
My love is pure.
I saw an angel.
Of that I'm sure.
She smiled at me on the subway.
She was with another man.
But I won't lose no sleep on that,
'Cause I've got a plan.
You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.
Yeah, she caught my eye,
As we walked on by.
She could see from my face that I was,
Flying high, [ - video/radio edited version]
Fucking high, [ - CD version]
And I don't think that I'll see her again,
But we shared a moment that will last till the end.
You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.
You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
There must be an angel with a smile on her face,
When she thought up that I should be with you.
But it's time to face the truth,
I will never be with you
I like a wide genre, frm Linkin Park and Fort Minor, some Greenday, Simple Plan and sum41, to Natalie Imbruglia, Vanessa Carlton, Michelle Branch... depends on how I'm feeling.
