the thing is though i can't be bothered to go to the docs again, he's a bit of an arse.

are there any well educated people on here that can give me some tips about this please, like how it affects you, how often you should take them and whether its a long term solution etc, thank you

i will probably import some from canada, they are pretty cheap.

Well i asked another person from other forum and he said that he didnt seen any short term activity level drops. I think that it might affect long term results of a bodybuilders since lower blood pressure results in less oxygen what results in lower performance or something like that, thats what i made up since people take Nitricoxide to have higher blood pressure to have better performance. My other friend said that he did the same amount of reps and series on propanolol as normally.

You won’t be able to perform exercises after taking this medicine because this medicine after taken makes one dizzy. So, obviously you’ll not be in a condition to do exercise. Okay. If you need more information about this medicine then visit this site http://www.drugdelivery.ca/ just type in the medicine that you want on the search textbox….you’ll get your required information.

Propranolol is a beta-blocker. This means that it blocks the receptor sites for Adrenaline, and it is commonly prescribed to control high blood pressure, (hypertension).

Adrenaline is often described as the; fight or flight neurotransmitter, that is to say that "fear," such as stage fright can cause the body to release large amounts of Adrenaline into the blood stream. Whilst this action is useful when trying to prepare for a fight, or flee a dangerous situation, it can become inhibitory when giving a presentation, or taking an exam etc.

By blocking this "fear spiral" of Adrenaline, Propranolol helps the individual to stay calm and in control of the situation.

To help lower blood pressure and remain calm, 20mg to 40mg can be taken approximately 1-hour before the "feared" event. The dose may be repeated later in the day if required, however we do not recommend more than 80mg daily unless under a physician's supervision.

Those who are diabetic, or have existing heart, kidney or liver disorders should consult with your physician first, before use.

Hi,

There are so many beta blockers in the market on these days...Are they all the same?

No, they are not the same. Different meds, different effectiveness.
