My friend recommended a pill called SIMPLEX to me. I tried it and it does relieve my anxiety. It is a pill made of natural herbs. It's a relaxant. You don't feel tired though. You just feel calm. The pills are white and you chew them. I guess the normal dosage would be 2 pills, taking them a few hours before an event that will cause you anxiety.
Have you guys ever heard of this pill? I'm not sure if they sell it in the US or in the UK. I purchased mine in Mexico.
