Why is the chatroom in Hispanic every time I try to go there?

I see this at the top: Luna.IRC-Hispano.org


and when it opens, it's all in Spanish. What am I doing wrong?

I think the webmaster is Spanish and so he set it up in that language, I don't have a clue how to change it sorry. The webmaster handles all the technical aspects of the site.
