hi all, ive signed up here and am relieved that i am not the only one with fb. mine 1st started around 15 (im now 1 when in class. whenever asked a question it would happen.
But today i find its alittle worse than that, i cant really walk anywhere without having a red face, and using public transport is a nightmare. i find my problem is that i think everybody is looking at me then when i turn red i definately notice some people looking.
also when doing sports i have a bright red face, but this is more common than blushing.
ive basically signed up on here to find some alternatives to see if i can cure this, im pretty sure its all to do with the mind. but it is nice to see other peoples presonal experiences and there remedies
