Hello folks,
I've been reading on esfbchannel.com of a new type of cream, developed by Chanel, which could successfully hide blushing. Apparently this cream, which is invisible when applied, reacts to the heat produced in a blushing attack and changes the colour projected to the exterior. In other words, you still blush - but people do not see the red colour.
The people who are developing this at Chanel are right at the top of the tree in the cosmetics industry, and appear to be very upbeat about the chances of this product actually working. It should come on to the market in late 2007 or early 2008. Fingers crossed.
The thread (with 180 contributions) is in the Facial Blushing section of the Discussion Forum of the aforementioned website.
By the way, I do not work for Chanel or the ESFB website, just in case anyone was wondering!
Wow, it sounds too good to be true. I would be very self conscious wearing it, I would be either worried people could tell I was wearing makeup or that it wasn't covering all of my little red face.
