I not going to use my real name for this.
I am 16 and at school year 11

I started getting alot of emails sayin things such as "Thanks for signing up to our newsletter" Which I did not sign up for

I only got a few a week and dint thing much of it just deleted the emails.
But the past 2 weeks I have noticed a increse in the number of emails I have been reciveing and the newsletters I have been reciveing have changed to subjects on things such as gay sex and porno. I had no idea who would of being doing this untill I was at school and saw my freind
talkin to another so called freind who was in a ict room. I was working on the pc behind him and just looked at his screen and saw the person in the other ict room commenting on my apperience and other things. I have checked all the times of the emails I have been receiveing and found that it must be someone from my school as the times are all when we have ict or dinner times. On one of the sites I requested the password that had been used to sign my email address up and I found that the password was Ihate***** the stars are because I dont want to name anyone. But ***** is a freind of mine and I can remeber a few weeks ago the person I suppect well who I know is sending me all these emails asked me if i hated *****

I don't know what to do should I comfront him
bring it up in a conversation but not say I know its him
I have told my parents but we are unsure how to take this
I am thinking of going into school with my parents and discussing what he is doing.

Other things that make me sure of who it is are that in lessons if he is behind me he will constantly kick the chair and I cant really move to a differnt table because he comes late mostly and if the teacher seems me moveing he will make a big deal about it.

Another thing is bad because he is in my fourm and all the rest of my mate sit with him so I just got to sit there and see him giving my funny looks across the table

Thanks for reading as it was long.
Thank you for all help.

Hey sorry to hear whats happening,be carefull how you do deal with this... cos if hes already harassing you and being an idiot.. any like mature attempt by you of dealing with it in a grown up kinda sensable way might encourage him even more mate because he sounds like a plonker.

*sighs* you do need to do somthing tho.. because he obviously has kinda decidied he wants to try and make your life worse by harassing you and stuff. One thing to think of is that the more reaction he gets... i mean the more angry or the more upset you react to stuff.. is probaly like what hes looking for so try not to give him that satisfaction.I dont think totaly ignoring it and hoping it will go away is gonna work.. so if you can try and be assertive with him.. say you want him to stop doing somthing say look stop that.. but try and have some way you can actualy stop him..otherwise again hes just getting a reaction out of you.

Your parents going into school with you is defiantley one idea to think about.. i mean if he does somthing really bad and then his parents have to be braught in hopefully the fact that hes gonna get in trouble might very well stop him... but on the other hand.. it might get him more angry you have told.. specialy if his parents dont really care or have any controll over him.

i wasnt bullied as such at school... as i would stick up for myself.. and had alot of tough friends luckily.Still i had a hard time at school because with how finances were at home.. i wore alot of scruffy clothes because neither of my parents worked so alot of my stuff was from places like oxfam Confused and people seemed to find that amusing and it got joked about alot..anyway sorry sidetracking i also was a bit of an arsehole at school excuse my language because of certain reasons. And i wasnt your typical school bully..but there were times when i made peoples lives harder just because could. And took the mick out of people knowing it was wrong cos i had issues myself.Normaly bullies and people like that are insecure or have some kinda issue.. and thats why they do it.. because they feel bad they put others down to make them feel better. Some people just love causing trouble and drama.. and shit-stir and cause trouble between people to get attenion ect.. or because they can exploit the situation to there advantage. But if you got him on his own and you reckon you could really stand up to him... remembering this could lead to consequences.. but if you feel you could handle the possible connsequences..ie he gets physical but your prepared to defend yourself. He would very likley back off because he would then know your not going to just stand for it anymore and he would likley then try and find someone who isnt going to give him a hard time back.

cant really add much to dans post as he pretty much wrote the bible then Very Happy messin thats the best help your probably gonna get from this site no offence to anyone. but yeah you deffo need to stand up for yourself now or never because once he knows he can walk over you he'll just do it over and over again. you could just laugh at him...laugh at every single word that comes out of his mouth...you may feel kinda stupid doing it but most of the time it works coz they're the ones who end up feelin stupid.
and like dan said if your prepared for whatever he might do to you...then bring it on! like i said he'll just keep walkin over you and if it means gettin phsyical to stop all this then so be it. i also think you can block emails from getting sent to you? if not maybe just set up a new account or something i dont know...and yeah i think you and your parents should go into the school to have a word coz if this boy gets into trouble with his mum and dad maybe it'll stop him...or maybe it'll make him worse i dont know but just do what you think is right. hope things work out for you soon Smile
