Hi Ninja84, welcome to SPW!

Have you tried ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) yet? This website has some articles on it: www.actmindfully.com.au also there are ACT self-help workbooks available such as "The Worry Trap: How to Free Yourself from Worry & Anxiety using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy".
