Hey all. I used to come on to this website all of the time over a year ago but then stopped for some reason. Now I am back, and with a new user name seeing how I cannot remember the password to my old one and have a new email address, so therefore cannot find it out. So yeah, it feels great to be back. I have had some major anxiety lately and know that this place will help to make me feel better and less alone

I don't post here much, but welcome back. I am sorry that your anxiety levels are high again and I hope that you will find someone to talk to about it.
By the way, who did you used to be?
Thank you. I have been talking to my counselor about anxiety and I have been listening to a program, which is kind of helping. I will have to see how things go. Um, I think my username was lostinthedarkness when I was here before.
