soul floating out of your body?

I used to get really bad panic attacks but they stopped about 8 months ago.

Recently I have been getting this strange feeling like I don't weigh anything and I feel if I relax to much I might drift away and die!!???

It feels as if my soul is sort of rising out of my body and I feel weightless.

Has any1 else experienced this or anything simmilar??
