hey im loz,
im new here & i've had anxiety for a very long time!
I was wondering if anyone from sydney knows of any good anxiety group meetings.
I've been thinking of joining one for awhile now
Anyway any help would be great Smile

Email ADAVIC at adavic@adavic.org.au as they would know what support groups are available in Sydney even though they are a melbourne based organisation.
