I am contemplating creating a site where bullies are documented along with their acts. This way, employers can go to the site and see what kind of people they have hired.
Thats a really good idea there SR, I could see that becoming quite popular. You'd have people goin to work with hidden cameras and such, secretly filming bullies (I call em petty-tyrants) Would you be keeping it anonymous? Only concern with an idea like this would be repercussions...

Morally, this is a fantastic idea…I'd love to get back on some old bullies that gave me crap, but you’d have to prove without a doubt that they are a ‘bully’, and that’s kind of a slippery notion. I’d be worried about the legal consequences as well, because it could be seen as slander and an invasion of privacy.
