Hi ladies in Oz land ... what's stopping you? (Of course guys welcome as well ... just wanted to get your attention Very Happy

We are starting an on-line support group. Hey - you don't even have to show your face.

It's early days yet. We're all starting at the same time - nervous as anything - but wanting to make positive change in our life.

We really want this group to be a place where we can set goals together and use techniques to get over this - or at least to lead the lives we want to lead. I've been doing therapy for 12 months. I'm ready to share what I've learnt.
