Just curious, now that I have my nifty new diagnosis, is there a reason to work on all of your symptoms? e.g., a handful of my obsessive compulsive things don't really bother me or impact my life. I'd rather just work on the actually dangerous/problematic ones (I've got enough of those). I suppose I can ask my therapist tomorrow.

Thanks. My therapist seemed to want to focus on the "low hanging fruit," so to speak, but I got her instead to pick something I wanted to manage better.
