Hi, I recently stopped a few activities and felt a little down. Just here to browse a few topics and maybe post... I was diagnosed with manic Depression in 2005 but decided not to take medication for it. I feel better knowing more about myself, but Im not looking to change who I am.

I tried meds and they didn't help me. You say you don't want to change, but you also say you don't know what you want hehe.
