Hello. Luna Here

My name is Luna (okay not really because I dread someone recognizing me) and I've never been "tested" for Social Phobia but I think I definitely have the symptoms.

I've been reading some of the other posts and am realize others are spot on about other anxiety situations I go through.
I'm looking foward to discussing topics with like-minded people.

I'm 30 and even though I'm an attractive girl, I've never been asked out much or had many friends. I don't go out of my way to make friends or meet people (even though I want to). Not the kind of girl who calls up her friends to gab. Right now its Saturday night and no one's called me to go out.

I'm "functional" in the world and can give presentations at work and talk to co-workers just fine. But put me in a grocery store alone or have me walk down the street in front of cars and my anxiety skyrockets!

Hi moon & welcome. I too can meet my obligations but in a grocery store i am suddenly overwhelmed by those around me.
