another panic attack? where does it end? lol

well, last friday, i ended up in urgent care, cause i felt like my heart wanted to stop beating. i also have a sinus infection, which is why my eyes are swollen. anyhoo, on my way to urgent care, my mouth becomes completely dry and i couldnt swallow. it freaked me out. i ended up drinking about 4 bottles of water just to get spit back into my mouth! isnt that nuts? anyway, i also got really hot. my arm and all the way up my neck.

and when they were trying to draw blood from me they couldnt find a vain. it was as if i was dehydrated. meanwhile i have been drinkin alot of water. so i also learned that anxiety can dehydrate you? anyway, im still clueless!

so... what did they do for you at the e.r? usually there's not much they will do except tell you to see a shrink if you've already done the blood test thing.
