My sister is bi-polar/Schizophrenic, and I see some patterns in behavior, as well does my mother that suggest I may have it too, I don't know.

I seclude myself in my room, my sister has admitted to being like this.
I have mood swings, and fleeting thoughts.
Is it possible that I am projecting this onto myself?
