I just had my worst one I believe... I started off getting hot flash with mild sweating. then my arm starting shaking and tingling and clamped up. I got up and walked around and I felt these wave of Oh man no.thing over my heart. I ignored the first one then I was going to the bathroom and I had another and just feel to the floor sweating bad and I could not move. I did not call 911 as I am alive and typing with no pain. My god It was horrible and thank god I got my doctors visit tomarow. also did anyone ever feel like the nerves in your foot was blowing out air afterwards? I am better now but I might need night quill to sleep. horrible!
