So I found out about avpd and social phobia and about the same time.

I read through it and have to say I fit both pretty well, unfortunatly... I just want to know what's the main difference because they seem basically the same, and is it common to have both?

if you have AVPD, you also have social phobia, but you don't always have AVPD if youy have social phobia. I think Avoidant personality is just a more severe case of social phobia, and has much more to do with avoidance. I don't think that answer helps at all haha.

Social phobia is the anxious feeling a person gets before and during social situations, and avpd is when the person avoids getting into the situation in the first place. But they usually tie together.

You mean physical symptoms? I'm not sure about that, since what you're avoiding is that feeling is extreme anxiety, which would probably include physical symptoms surely
