oh I love mark everett! Huge hero of mine! that's a great quote....where did you find it?

it's very true....this self absorbtion...how can you judge your level of self absorbtion compared to others?....how much is too much, and how much is healthy and acceptable?

I notice this a lot in myself...[lol! obviously, due to my total self absorbtion!]....I really try to be less self focused, but its just such a danger zone in my head....I can't leave my mind unmanned for a second, or it gets away from me.
