Any good meds for S.A/Depression/Bipolar?

I'm thinking of asking my Doc to change up my meds for my disorders.
Social Anxiety Disorder, Depression and Bipolar disorder(which is the main one, counter-creating the other two).

I'm currently taking 20mg of Paxil. With very little effect for me, feels WAY off what it needs to be.

Any recommendations for good meds?

Maybe increase the dose. Don't forget to do some CBT as well as taking meds- they work better with CBT.
